Bonus points for eliminating Clint Dempsey:
Guadalajara Chivas came back from a 0-1 aggregate deficit to defeat the Seattle Sounders 3-0 on their second leg. This means that the universal tally was 3-1 in favor of the Chivas. While we do not bask in the defeat of any MLS team-we are all representing western soccer, we celebrate the ejection of Clint Dempsey from any competition. We’re sure that he is a great person to his friends and family. Clint has not only sullied hip-hop with his foray into the music with his “Deuce” persona, but as a 35 year-old man, he has shamed the USMNT. We’re not even taking part in the Russian World Cup. Is it right to blame it all on Clint? Of course not; we blame Deuce.

A bad year still has its opportunities:
Here at Viva Liga MX, we vehemently believe that both the MLS and Liga MX should stop participating in the CONCACAF Champions League. It would benefit both leagues and the fans to fully commit to the Copa Libertadores competition annually.
With that being said, we are extremyly proud of the Chivas in what they have accomplished so far outside of the Liga MX table. The Chivas have struggled this year in the Liga MX, resting at the 15th spot. This did not deter the team in their quest for a trophy. They are an example of tenacity; something we can all learn from. Not matter how many failures in your life, do not give up. Do not render yourself to those looking to beat you down. Fight even if more losses come. Continue to endure pain and suffering, eventually you’ll find your rhythm and hit them back.
Thank you, Guadalajara. Thank you, Chivas.
Especially for sending Deuce back to the studio
On second, thought. What is worse? Clint Dempsey’s face on my screen or him having the time to produce more music? God help us all.
