Taking a big Liga MX loss is always sour for Landon:

The Tigres had a field day against Leon with a score of 4-1.  It’s not easy to lambast Landon Donovan solely because of what he means to the USMNT.  It takes a lot not to calm the rage that rises every time I remember that we are NOT going to Russia World Cup.  Maybe this is why fate put Landon back into the mix.  A good leader wouldn’t have left his flock so lost.  We can’t place all the blame on Landon, even though he hasn’t lived up to his out of retirement hype.  Leon need to do better as a team.  Of course, every team can’t win every game forever but allowing 4 goals in the first half is ridiculous.  The scolding is also directed towards Argentina who got pantsed by Spain with a 6-1 result.

Messi and Landon can’t carry all of you.  Don’t make the mistake of thinking they are your team.  All men have follies.

Tigres in the first half:

The Tigres scored all their goals in the first half of the match.  It was basically a party in the locker room during half time.  Imagine being 4-nil and you still have 45 minutes to play.  Now imagine how it was in the Leon locker room.  Leon looked for a hero but a hero never came.

If people are out drinking beers and eating fajitas, they want to be entertained by what is on the television.  I wonder how Leon fans felt as they sat their with a crappy Corona with lime while they’re team was publicly executed.  It has to be on par to what the Argentines felt a few days ago.  The only difference is that the Argentines drink Quilmes.  Pay attention the next time that Leon plays because it is important to see how they respond after this beating.  Who cares about their one goal…
