Jonathan Dos Santos to Club America?

Club America currently carries Giovani Dos Santos in their roster and they are in the talks to bring as well the national player of Mexico and brother of Giovani, Jonathan Dos Santos who currently plays with LA Galaxy.

As the Liga MX continues in a pause due to the worldwide pandemic of the COVID-19. various rumors and speculations continue to be spread out that could be important to keep an eye on. One of the most recent ones is the steady midfielder of LA Galaxy, Jonathan Dos Santos of 30 years old has caught the eye of Club America for quite some time now.

Dos Santos has expressed his interest in being part of one of the biggest top club teams in the Liga MX as his brother, Giovani Dos Santos is currently a player of Club America who debuted in the Apertura 2019 in the Liga MX, also would like to play by his side as they have done it numerous times throughout their careers.

Either with a club or with the national team of Mexico. Jonathan Dos Santos could probably join Las Aguilas possibly by the end of the year, as his time with LA Galaxy could come to a full closure as he has spent a well over three years with the Californian team since 2017 having over 67 games played, scoring 6 goals in a span of more than 5,000 minutes in the MLS.

Jonathan Dos Santos ironically has never stepped foot inside of Mexican territory playing with a club team since he spent the majority of his life in Spain playing the prestigious club team Barcelona in the youth system all the way to the senior team various times. Also including during Dos Santos time in Spain, the midfielder had an outstanding time playing with Villareal until 2017 when he came to the MLS to play with LA Galaxy.

Although just rumors and speculation it will be an ideal fit for Las Aguilas to bring along Jonathan Dos Santos to not only be reunited with his brother but to strengthen his position on the field for Miguel Herrera playing format.
