Eight teams remain in the Liga MX Clausura 2025 and we now know what each team must do to book their spot in the final.
Pachuca's win over Monterrey in the play-in means they take the seventh seed and meet Club América in the quarter-final, whilst Los Rayados managed to avoid embarrassment by cruising to victory with two second-half goals against Pumas.
Victory at the very last opportunity means that Martín Demichelis' side takes on the regular season's strongest side, Toluca.
This how the Clausura 2025 playoff bracket looks:

In the other quarter-final matches, Necaxa meet Tigres whilst Cruz Azul, who secured passage to the Concacaf Champions Cup final last week with a narrow victory over Tigres, will meet León.
Don't forget that in the event of a tie across the two legs, the team which finished higher during the regular season will be granted victory. So that means Monterrey, Necaxa, León and Pachuca all need to win their quarter-final ties in order to reach the final four.
The quarter-final bracket means that this is how the semi-final will look like:
Toluca or Monterrey vs Tigres or Necaxa
Cruz Azul or León vs Club América or Pachuca
An all-Monterrey and all-Mexico City semi-final is a possibility, but the quality of the remaining teams could very well prevent that outcome.
