Cruz Azul had struck first but couldn’t maintain their tempo against Pachuca’s experienced and high-pressing attack. The advantage seemed enough for the Tuzas to manage the result at home.
However, everything changed in the second leg. Cruz Azul completed one of the tournament’s most remarkable comebacks, thrashing Pachuca 5-0 at Estadio Hidalgo. With vertical football, lethal counterattacks, and sharp finishing, the Blues dismantled Pachuca’s defense to close a 6-2 aggregate and earn their first-ever semifinal qualification. Pachuca had no answers to Cruz Azul’s intensity and hunger for victory.

The match was tactical, with few clear opportunities and a fierce midfield battle.
In the return leg at Estadio Universitario, Tigres controlled the game from start to finish but couldn’t extend their lead. The 0-0 draw was enough for them to advance with a 1-0 aggregate. Solid defending and mature game management were key for the Felinas to reach the semifinals, showing their experience against a Juárez team that fought hard until the end.
Club América Femenil vs Rayadas Femenil

It was an intense and evenly matched contest, with both teams displaying their attacking quality. Monterrey sought control through possession, while América relied on pressing and pace on the wings.
Back home, América delivered a spectacular 5-0 victory over Rayadas, dominating from start to finish. The visitors suffered two red cards that shattered their tactical setup, and the Azulcremas capitalized ruthlessly. The 6-1 aggregate score reflected América’s overwhelming superiority, reaffirming them as top title contenders thanks to their attacking power and midfield solidity.
