Atlas 2-0 Puebla

Goals came from Brenda Cerén and Renata Huerta as Atlas returned to winning ways, taking all three points at home against Puebla.

Las Rojinegras looked much improved across all areas of the field. This victory gives them the chance to regain confidence as they build on throughout the Apertura.

Tijuana 1-3 Toluca

Toluca grow stronger with each match, showing both individual and collective quality that clearly translates into results.

A brace from summer signing Eugénie Le Sommer and a goal from Betzy Cuevas secured all three points for the visitors. Despite a goal from Danielle Fuentes to close the gap, it was nothing more than a consolation for the hosts.

Friday, July 25

Monterrey 4-2 Querétaro

Las Rayadas are starting to find their form, with a brace from Christina Burkenroad, a goal by Alice Soto, and a penalty converted by Emily Gielnik. Monterrey claimed a much-needed home win.

Emily Flores and Alexa Herrera scored for the visitors, but it wasn’t enough against a high-caliber side like Monterrey, especially on home turf.

Sunday, July 27

Pumas 1-0 Necaxa

Silvina Flores, who has been emerging as a key player for Pumas this season, scored the game’s only goal, securing three points at home. Pumas are steadily climbing the table and turning heads as the tournament progresses.

León 0-3 Club América

Club América is beginning to gain momentum with goals from Kiana Palacios, Irene Guerrero, and Kimberly Rodríguez, earning a convincing away win against a strong opposition.

León tried to close the gap, but the match became much harder after Selene Cortés was sent off in the 67th minute with a second yellow card, allowing Las Águilas to take full control.

Monday, July 28

Cruz Azul 0-1 Atlético San Luis

The first major upset of the round came when San Luis defeated Cruz Azul at La Noria. Leighanne Robe was sent off in the 75th minute, and just three minutes later, Kimberlin Galicia scored the winning goal that sealed a surprise three points for the visitors.

Santos Laguna 0-2 Tigres

Tigres continues their strong start to the season, powered by their new signings. Goals from Diana Ordóñez and María Sánchez gave them a comfortable away victory in Torreón. The reinforcements are already paying off, making Tigres look like early contenders once again.

Mazatlán 0-9 Pachuca

Saving the very best until last, Pachuca crushed Mazatlán in style.

Las Tuzas currently seem unstoppable after lifting the Campeón de Campeonas title. With five goals from legendary top scorer Charlyn Corral, Jocelyn Orejel, Natalia Mauleón, Daniela Flores, Nayeli Díaz, and the final goal by Marcia García to close out the match, Pachuca continues to grow stronger and made that clear with a dominant display away from home.
